Or if you want to see which rooms are available on a certain date or time period you can simply click on our AVAILABILITY buttom, enter the date span and click "check n".


All rates for rooms are for double occupancy but we do have three rooms that you can add one extra person (for $30.00 a night plus tax) And we can discount price for one person. We also have an age limit of 10 years old and up.

Get our local weather H CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS Reservation is guaranteed with a credit card for 7 days (while we wait for your check for the deposit for 1/2 amount) This is due for two or more night bookings, whole amount for single night bookings. The deposit is taken on credit card at the time if the reservation is made less than 14 days before arrival.

$20 booking fee is required on all cancellations
Payment accepted (besides cash): MasterCard, VISA, American Express. If the booking is made with less than 14 days before arrival date - no checks will be accepted.

NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 10 days prior to the arrival date for a refund. If cancellation is made less than 10 days before your reservation date you will forfeit the full amount of your reservation unless your room(s) can be re-rented for the entire reservation. If the vacancy is filled, you will receive a refund less a $20 booking fee. (In other words, unless we can rebook the nights you have cancelled, you will be responsible for paying for them in full. We do our best to fill the rooms in your stead.)
If cancellation is made 10 days or more before your reservation date you will be refunded less a $20.00 processing fee.

No shows and early departures will be charged in full. (In other words, if you leave before the date scheduled for departure or if you do not show for your reservation on the date scheduled for arrival, you will be charged in full).


Weather Cancellation Policy
Weather Cancellation Policy (as of 1/1/2004) - If you must cancel your reservations due to weather conditions, you have the choice of rebooking at that time or taking your deposit (one night of a multi-night stay or the whole price of a single night stay) as a gift certificate, good for one year from the date issued.

$20 booking fee is required on all cancellations
